We reserve the right to correct errors, update product information, change prices, or discontinue products without prior notice.
Orders and Acceptance
Submitting an order does not guarantee its acceptance. All orders are subject to product availability, payment authorization, fraud review, and confirmation by NORVELLE.
We may refuse, limit, or cancel an order when:
- A product is unavailable.

- Payment cannot be authorized.
- An order appears fraudulent or unauthorized.
- The provided customer or shipping information is incomplete or inaccurate.

- If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.
Pricing and Payment
Unless otherwise displayed, prices on our website are listed in U.S. dollars. Prices, promotions, and product availability may change without prior notice.
Applicable taxes may be included in the displayed price where indicated. Shipping charges, optional services, and any additional order costs will be displayed before the purchase is completed.
Payment is required when an order is placed. Transactions are processed through authorized third-party payment providers. NORVELLE does not directly store complete payment card information.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and payment information for every purchase.
Gift Wrapping
Optional gift wrapping may be added to eligible orders for $5.
Gift-wrapping charges are non-refundable once the gift-wrapping service has been completed. Gift wrapping may not be available for certain oversized products or delivery methods.
Promotions and Discount Codes
Promotions and discount codes may be subject to additional conditions, expiration dates, product exclusions, or minimum purchase requirements.
Unless otherwise stated, promotional offers cannot be combined, applied to previous purchases, exchanged for cash, or used after their expiration date.
NORVELLE reserves the right to modify or end a promotion and to cancel the unauthorized or fraudulent use of promotional codes.
Shipping and Delivery
NORVELLE currently ships to addresses within the United States.
Eligible U.S. orders of $99 or more after discounts and before applicable taxes qualify for free standard shipping.
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Standard delivery usually takes an additional 5–10 business days after an order has been processed and shipped.
Delivery estimates are provided for reference and are not guaranteed. Delivery may be affected by carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, promotional periods, incorrect shipping information, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Additional charges may apply if an order must be redirected or resent because incorrect information was provided during checkout.
Shipping methods, charges, delivery estimates, damaged packages, and lost shipments are governed by our Shipping Policy.
Returns and Refunds
Eligible items may be returned within 60 days of delivery under the conditions described in our Refund Policy.
Customers should review the Refund Policy before purchasing. Products returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Items explicitly marked as Final Sale, gift cards, customized products, and opened or used candles and home fragrance products are not eligible for return.
Original shipping charges and completed gift-wrapping services are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
Intellectual Property
All content available through the NORVELLE website—including the NORVELLE name, logo, product photography, graphics, text, page layouts, icons, illustrations, and other design elements—is owned by or licensed to NORVELLE and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Website content may not be copied, reproduced, modified, republished, distributed, sold, or commercially used without our prior written permission.
You may view and use the website for personal, non-commercial shopping purposes.
Reviews and Customer Content
If you submit a review, photograph, comment, suggestion, or other content, you confirm that you have the right to provide it and that it does not violate applicable law or another person’s rights.
